I came to Kirsten because I knew that there were relationships in my life (past and present) that I was grieving and needed support to heal. I was prepared to do the work, but I was not prepared for the massive shift that I would experience when it came to the relationships that I worked on. The present relationships are now pleasant and harmonious, and the past ones are no longer painted with anger and unhappy memories, but instead with joy and love.
