The receptionist refused to speak to me about the difference in the pricing. She was extremely rude. I tried o speak to the other employee but she just told me to speak to the receptionist who shouldn't shrug and roll her eyes when the customer asks about the pricing. Do not trust these people!

Tried contacting 4x regarding resource guarding training. Trainer was not in so I left my info to be contacted. Fair enough. I heard nothing for 2-3 weeks each time. Called a 5th time, trainer was in and the girl was going to get her to talk with me. I was on hold for 20 mins with no response. Extremely poor communication with customers. I gave the benefit of the doubt each time for being busy or just one offs. After 5th attempt, I would not recommend the business. More...

Cliff is amazing. We have had seven dogs so far and their breeds and behaviours have crossed the entire spectrum. Cliff worked with us and two of our dogs in particular. We have often found trainers rigid, extremely opinionated and lacking in communication skills. We have been absolutely blown away by Cliff and his ability to sympathize, adjust, instruct, advise and communicate. We are better dog owners because of Cliff and his caring, knowledgeable advice. We could not imagine going anywhere else for behavioural training and advice. He is a true professional, expert and kind friend to both our dogs and us. More...
