Each and every human body is unique. There is no "one way" to transform a body, yes with techniques and proper training programs... Although each technique and training program might require personalization to properly function for that human.

That's what I do best, no training program is pre-made and none of my sessions are on-the-fly. Everything is built and structured around you!

Consistency and discipline. Without those two characteristics, it's very likely you don't achieve the body of your dreams as quickly as you please.

Being able to transform people's bodies into what they ultimately aim for! Seeing the smiles, sweat, tears is everything that motivates me. If I'm motivated, you will be too.

I've never been someone who likes comfort. Being an individual who has a passion for challenge and failure is what motivates me to pursue my dreams as a solo personal trainer!

Not only do I have over 15 years experience playing high-level hockey, soccer and football, I also have 4 years of experience as a coach/trainer with youth and adult athletes.

I will bring the most valuable information I can provide to each and every session. Your 1 hour session with me is equivalent to 10 hours of solo training.

I can cover everything from the basic fundamentals of training to high-level athlete performance, weight loss, bodybuilding and ultimately a healthier and fitter mind and body.

My services can be provide in person and online! Regardless of your schedule or if we live thousands of miles away from each other, I'll deliver the service you are seeking for.

Online services have exploded during Covid-19 (clearly) although if a client wants to maintain a safe distance during a training session I'll adapt! Every piece of equipment is sanitized and disinfected before and after each training session.
