What do you love most about your job?
Everything!
I love doing lease assistance. My favourite thing is the hustle and do many showings as I can possibly fit in a day. I’ve done up to 16 showings in one day at multiple properties. It’s exhilarating.
I love solving problems and can multitask with ease. This makes me a strong Property Manager.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I owned a retail business for five years and sold it to an amazing new owner. I am a true entrepreneur.
I helped a friend with their first investment finding a tenant. I got an amazing tenant in 2 days and was hooked. From there I was referred to another and then another. This moved in to agents. I know have 5 landlords and 3 agents that I work with.
I started managing an Airbnb. Communication is key and it has consistently received 5 star ratings since is was launched. I now have 5 single unit properties I manage and want to expand.
