I have been going to Total Health Link for a few years now and the staff is always friendly and professional. I go for regular massages with Alex who is amazing, but have used chiropractic and physio a number of times and have always been greatly satisfied with the help I received. Very pleased with the service I have received at THL. Jamie and the rest of the staff up front have bent over backwards to get my husband and I in. Not only is Tara the best RMT I have ever been to but three therapists helped relieve me of all of my pain from my plantar fasciitis which I didn't know I had. Highly recommend their clinic! More...

I have been going to THL for massages for quite a while now but recently I found out I have early signs of tendonitis in my wrist. So my RMT Kimberly Paterson did acupuncture on the inflamed tendon and the day after the first treatment there was little pain compared to excruciating pain in the morning. I highly recommend Kimberly Paterson for massage and acupuncture, she knows her stuff. More...
