Tammy and Terry are amazing trainers! Their main goal is to get you feeling great while living a healthy lifestyle. This place offers small group classes so you get the attention needed especially with your form (as you should when lifting) compared to others with 30+ class sizes. If you miss a couple days they are texting you to see what's up, keeps me accountable and I appreciate that. The workouts are always different, and they make them FUN!
