Todd was recommended by a friend and he was awesome to work with! Our renewal was due on our mortgage and he was so helpful with the process and on top of that for us a great rate. He answered all our questions in a timely manner and worked with our schedule when we needed to meet. We were a little forgetful and had some life things happening and Todd was great at sending a text or phone call reminding us to get something done. We meet Todd about 18months before we bought our house. We didn't know anything about the home buying process or what we all needed to qualify, he sat down with us and explained everything in great detail, gave us some great advice, so we could get to where we needed to be to qualify. Once we felt we had everything in order we came back to see Todd and he was amazing! We had a lot of different variables to deal with and he dealt with them all and got us an amazing rate.
