Very efficient and good cleaners. They did a great job in getting very detailed cleaning done on the blinds.

The owner is SUPER HELPFUL. Really fast and responsive for questions etc. Easily accessible and also receptive to feedback.

Reasons for my 2 stars:
I requested a deep cleaning (first time requesting any type of cleaning service so I thought a deep clean would be very beneficial).

Two staff came to help clean. Because I didn't know what to expect, I stayed out of the way (wfh in my bedroom office workstation).

They were really polite, quiet, stayed out of the way and they were always cleaning. What I'm not sure about is whether or not it actually was a deep clean.

I used a swiffer to run over my living room floors TWICE after they left and both cloths were grey with dirt/dust. I also noticed that some very basic stuff wasn't even dusted like the towel hooks etc in the washroom. They washed the clear tray that spins in the microwave but the top of my microwave was super dirty still? There's a pretty large crack/width between my fridge and the shelves beside it. You can very clearly see there's dust there but I don't have an attachment that reaches that far in. I thought it was weird that the obvious pile of dust was still there between the crack when they left.

I did give my honest feedback to the owner and they offered to send the two girls back, but 1) that's awkward that they'd come back and clean knowing my feedback 2) I already recleaned what they didn't clean 3) if I had another 4 hours to give up I would have just cleaned my condo on my own.

I feel like this should have just been treated as a regular cleaning and while I appreciate the offer to send the staff back to clean, I think it would have been better to have reduced the price I paid for a deep clean down to a regular cleaning. Now I feel like I overpaid.

The staff did ask if I could check their work afterwards but for something like the floors and how clean they actually were...I wouldn't know that looking at it with my naked eyes. More...

Hi Jane, i am really sorry that my team wasn’t able to meet the expectations. I think partially its due to I misunderstood you and book you for less time. It doesn’t not always take same anount of time to one or two bedroom houses which is average 2-3 hours. Time mainly depends upon the house condition, we have 1 bedroom basements cleaned in full day (so greasy, and molded etc.) and we have cleaned 3 bedrooms 3 bath in 3 hours coz we do it on a regular basis. My teams main goal was to deep clean bathrooms, Floors, windows, baseboards and Kitchen exterior cabinets and appliances. They should have definitely cleaned the areas like over the fridge, Towel hangers, top of the microwave etc but I am sure they were lacking behind on time due to cleaning main areas and also due to lots of dust coming from outside from some construction going around near your house (staff mentioned about it the same day). I always encourage clients to provide some details about the house’s cleaning condition or share pictures in advance for us to estimate close to actual time. With no information, I am estimating based on average house clean time based on size etc. Anyways, I have passed this feedback of yours to my team ( all the team members not just 2) and definitely want them to look at these above mentioned details in future bookings. As i already offered you, they would have come to redo the job for free. Please keep us in mind for future and I gurantee you will not be disappointed.

I found the service to be great. They were very thorough and punctual. The vacuum they brought was great.
