What do you like about your current creative? What are you hoping to achieve with this project? What have you seen in the marketplace that you like/dislike, and why? What is your target audience?

I like having a conversation on the phone or over video call first to discuss the project or problem the client has, and then brainstorming some solutions. I typically ask plenty of questions first, and then go off to work on the creative. Once I have a few solid concepts, I present it to the client and get their feedback.

This depends on the project. I typically need an overview of what is and isn't working with their creative, and what their goals are. Then, I can come in with a fresh but educated perspective on their project.

The best part of my job is seeing the first reaction of the client when they see their new logo, or when we go live with a new website. That satisfaction is always the goal.

I felt that I had gained valuable experience working on in-house marketing teams, but that I wanted more influence and control over the projects I take on. I enjoy working directly with the client to come up with the best solution for their business or project, and having the freedom to explore different, out of the box options.

I have a varied skill set that allows me to look at a creative campaign with a wide scope. When developing a brand, for example, I always consider how it could be adapted for print displays, websites, social media posts, stationary, and animation. This yields results that have long lasting impact.

Yes, I can easily provide all services online, remotely, using email and video chats.

I work remotely, so the main shift has been to have meeting over Zoom or Google Hangouts rather than in person.
