With Christine's help we were able to refocus on our personal development and shifted how our team works together. The team had relatively low leadership engagement and has now transformed into a team that is more engaged with leadership and empathic communication with subordinates and clients.

We are no longer hesitant to bounce ideas off of each other and think of new strategies to approach our work. I’ve received feedback from our internal teammates that they really enjoyed the brainstorming, vulnerability, and empathy exercises and that they now feel more like they’re a part of a community and can speak up.

On a personal level, I am now very confident in my own ideas and leadership and continue mentoring services with Christine 1 -2 times per month to keep me on-track and focused on my goals.

I'm finally producing my holistic Kneipp wraps and introducing people to some very basic things that they can do on a daily basis.
