I have been working with Lili for just over 7 months and I'm over the moon with my progress - not only aesthetically but physically as well. I'm a 36 year old mom of two and a former distance runner - I hired Lili as I wanted to make the switch to strength training and weight focused workouts and work on building muscle. Lili has delivered! I never thought I could sweat as much in a weight session as I do cardio. In our time together I've had a surgery and a couple minor injuries (not workout related) and Lili has been able to tailor my program on the spot and modify it to suit my condition on any particular day. I've been working with Lily for almost 6months now and I'm already seeing huge improvements in meeting my overall fitness goals.

She provides the routine and structure I needed to hold myself accountable and offers a flexible schedule when life happens.

I have literally never been able to drag myself to the gym consistently on my own, but with Lily I look forward to every session -- even when she kicks my ass.

I'd never had a trainer before and was nervous about whether they'd judge me for my lack of knowledge (and initial ability) or if our personalities just wouldn't click, but my experience with Lily and Prehab + has been nothing but amazing. She makes fitness accessible and achievable no matter where you're starting from.

I was able to meet with Jonathan virtually to discuss a plan and he listened patiently through my tears. I was connected with Lili and it’s still early on but I enjoy the idea that I’m working toward a goal that’s always changing. It keeps it interesting.

For my specific mobility needs, Lili’s so knowledgeable. She’s kind but still makes you do the work. She’s been really encouraging and that’s all I needed.

The physical results will be a by-product of the time I put in but the emotional balance I hope to achieve is what I’m looking forward to most.

I’d recommend Prehab + Performance to anyone looking for a great training experience.

Jonathan was highly recommended by a colleague and having worked with him for ~2 years now I can personally vouch for that.

It's evident that he is highly invested in my fitness goals and takes great care in selecting exercises and movements tailored to my body (I have a history of sports related injuries). Jonathan is also a good motivator, and I've found his programme to be the right balance between ambitious and achievable. He's also been great at providing advice on nutrition that I've found very helpful.

I worked with Jonathan a year ago after sustaining a few injuries and not knowing how to navigate exercising around them. I was training with terrible form and just ignoring old injuries . Jonathan helped me understand how to move efficiently and helped me push my boundaries regarding always being too timid to perform a movement due to the fear of pain returning. Working with Jonathan has been transformative and I would highly recommend him as a coach. When we started working together, I was more than 100lbs overweight. Although I had trained before, at that size, it’s an entirely different predicament - everything is harder and it’s easy to get discouraged and injured. But with his immense knowledge and personalized approach, he kept me motivated and on track - even during a global pandemic where we had to get creative to keep me on target.

Two years later, I’m down a hundred pounds, stronger than I’ve ever been and still motivated to push myself to reach new goals.

A good coach cannot do the work for you. That’s still on you. But having someone that is committed to your success, keeping you motivated and adapting to your specific needs, is an invaluable resource that will pay dividends.

The only things you have to lose is the weight and the excuses.

Just put your trust in him and the process and the rest will take care of itself. You can thank me later.

I’ve worked with other trainers before but Jonathan added another level to my workouts. Beyond just the workouts, he adds the understanding of the mechanics and muscle movements with a view to the outcome. Very attentive to proper form and posture….. and he can be relentless, which lets be honest is why we have a trainer!! 5-stars!!!
