Our 10 foot custom built Smoker sits atop a trailer and can be at your event Winter, Summer, Spring and Fall.
Everything from our full Thirsty Rooster Menu to Platters all the way to Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, Whole Hog, BBQ Ribs, Smoked Wings, and even Smoked Turkey.

The half order of nacho’s was very disappointing. Very little toppings. I was surprised to be charged extra for sour cream and diced tomatoes.
If the manger, owner and cook would like a dine in of nacho’s at boston pizza i would gladly pay. Maybe it would help you to recreate your nacho dish.

Went for appetizers and local beer - stayed for fantastic live music and great service. Definitely recommend the candied bacon and the “dinosour” was incredible. Excellent representation of local. Owner is very engaged and personable - Stopping by most of the tables to chat, check in on service and offer something new to sample. Went for supper and drinks last Tuesday with friends. The service was super slow. When the brisket sandwiches finally showed up they were tough. The waitress agreed and got both of us with the brisket burgers. The burgers again took a long time to show up. Our Executive Chef meets personally with the clients and myself to ensure we meet each and every request to ensure a successful event.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in food and beverage since I was 13 and love meeting people.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff have been fully trained and we have implemented a vigorous sanitization protocol at all times. We are all fully masked at all times. We exceed all rules and regulations to take your safety seriously.

Thirsty Rooster Trail Eatery & Bar can accommodate up to 250 inside our Eatery & Bar located in St Albert. We feature live music, Trivia Nights, Karaoke Nights and we do Steak & Lobster events every month or two.

Thirsty Rooster has a massive connection to all kinds of musicians, country, folk, rock, classic, even dueling pianos.
We can bring the food, the fun, and the music along to your event.
Our Custom Smoker
Built by Custom Smoke Builders locally our smoker is amazing.
We are also home to Canada's largest meat smoker, the 31 foot long "Capone"
Scheduled for trailering spring 2022 Capone can be brought to your event for meals of up to 500 at a time.
Block Party
Be the best house on the block and host a Block Party to close out the summer of 2022.
