INFIDELITY/CHEATING broke me down. I remember I had trouble keeping track of a handful cheating partner's phone. I tried several methods but I was met with ill luck. Jerome did an amazing job for me ,video quality was amazing I would higher him again, good job Jerome

I hired Jerome for three jobs, and had plans to hire him for many more. The first two surveillance jobs were uneventful from an event perspective. Jerome/his investigator delivered two reports and some low quality video. The reports were sparse however they were acceptable to me because there was nothing much to report.

For the third surveillance event - Jerome/his investigator was over an hour late. I had been very prescriptive when I hired him about what I needed him to monitor for. The recording and report that I recieved captured ONLY the peripheral subjects that were not of interest. This job was significant. I needed his report as an independent third party in court. When I called him out on the brevity of his report and inadequate video capture, Jerome indicated he would discuss with his investigator and get back to me. I called him 3x and texted 2x in the span of a week and he has not returned my messages or calls.

As such, I have found an alternate resource. I have since learned that Third Eye Investigations is NOT a registered agency of the Council of Professional Investigators of Ontario (CPIO). I paid $900 in fees for Jerome's services and I was scammed as he is not even registered. Payment was only accepted via email money transfer and so I do not have an avenue to attempt to get reimbursement. More...
