Creating customized workout plans for each individual client's needs. Providing physical and mental guidance along their fitness journey. Helping with proper form, workout plans and nutritional guidance while monitoring Clint's progress on a regular basis.

Providing Clients with basic nutritional guidance. Helping with the understanding of macronutrients (Carbohydrates, fat and protein) and what Clint's basic daily calorie intake should be around. Along with snack and meal ideas.
