I get them to be involved in the process. goals are a Ted talk in itself. I get them to understand what specific, measured attainable realistic time bound goals are and provide examples. we make a list and possible issues and strategies to overcome them

I love being a catalyst to help people achieve something. This industry changes sooo much and is surrounded with myth and misinformation I like having the knowledge to educate clients
What inspired you to start your own business?
well...for years when I first started
, I worked at a big box gym that spit out trainers like teeth falling out. I didnt like sales pressure member were put under. I knew if I was genuine and ran my own business I would be successful
