I was very impressed with the progress I made with Matt as my trainer! He listened to my goals and pointed out the issues I was having with the exercises and how I can do better. Truly cares about his clients! He was very positive, encouraging and patient. Personal Trainers

Matt is a great personal trainer. I have started with him since early April, and we have made great progress so far. He explains every exercise we do in a concise and clear manner while on video chat. Not only does he create my workout plans, but also keeps me motivated and on track.
