I booked our dog for one nights which cost 62.16. I was due to pick up our dog at 10am and asked if they would give her a bath and clip her nails before picking her up and I was told yes they can squeeze her in but I will have to pick her up around noon and I agreed.
When we picked her up we had to pay $194 because they charged us for an additional day because they had to give her a bath. Had you ever had to pay for day care when you take your pet for a bath or grooming? Never!!! They double dip and is highly unethical. They rip off their customers!

They are amazing, so caring, gentle and making our furry friends so comfortable and reducing their anxiety. I would certainly recommend them for grooming and boarding your family pets, we have four dogs and I don't hesitate to send all four of them for grooming or not only daycare but boarding, they are amazing, they have someone who plays with them throught out the day (that is there job) then they do the long distant walks over 25 acres and then the grooming and they have groomed my Cocker Spaniels to my English Springer Spaniels and both breeds require specific grooming and Christine has done and amazing job. .

Luna is one of our best friends and she deserves the best. When we found out from our vet that she needed a deep cleaning and brushing, we took her to the big dog specialists at the spa. Large dogs can not be just brushed occasionally, they need cleaning like every other dog. The ladies at the Spaw were conscious about not shaving her excessively and did a great scissors cut to get rid of years of knots and debris. Hands down 5+ star rating for the Spa Grooming salon. We’ve been a few places and had some terrible experiences. After speaking with different groomers we luckily and happily found this place. It was clear that they treat your pet like it’s their own. Our fur girl Khealey was a little timid going in but came out super happy and full of energy!! Christine watched our dogs while we were out of town for a funeral. She sent us frequent updates on how the dogs were doing. She was very excited that we have two husky mixes so she could get them out in the snow which is great for their energy levels. We took out 3 year old Aussie to get all of his undercoat and matting removed and they did just that! He'd never been to a groomers before so we weren't sure how he'd like it but they took their time with him and he was just fine. We will definitely be back each season as his coat changes. Staff were friendly and took the time to chat with us about how much of a haircut we wanted versus keeping him natural looking (we chose the latter). Christine and her staff were wonderful at The Spaw Grooming Salon. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They were great with our Doberman! Our dog was happy; she got her nails trimmed, shampoo her coat and some brushed her teeth. She smelled amazing and it lasted for a very long time, her hair is still soft! Christine is just the best :). My dogs are so different from each other but they are both happy and comfortable with Christine and both look amazing when we leave :). Piper has allergies, skin issues, and other health problems that make grooming a challenge. Christine is compassionate and accommodating with everything that Piper has going on. Billy is a diva and would stay all day and just soak in the pampering of his SPAW day if he could ;) Both boys leave looking great every time. Amazing service!
