Charlie was very knowledgeable and wasn't the type to pressure us into buying any product right away until we all felt we were well informed and taken care of.

We had gotten several quotes, from different companies; The Roofing Factory seemed to be the only one who itemized all the materials and costs involved FROM THE FIRST VISIT! The Roofing Factory were the ONLY ONES who were HONEST about rubber shingles, and what the actual difference is between a lot of "name-brand rubber shingles" and ACTUAL rubber shingles. Charlie wasn't about pushing product, and, that to me, was paramount in making the decision to go with The Roofing Factory.
Not only did Charlie make sure we had the right product for our needs but, was insistent on making sure we didn't overpay for unnecessary shingles for our specific needs!
My family and I appreciate all the hard work and effort that Charlie, Chris, Dylan, Curtis, and the entire team at The Roofing Factory, have put into our roof!
I love the attention to detail and professionalism from all involved; will without a doubt refer The Roofing Factory to anyone in need from here on in.

We have a mission to provide the best roofing in Edmonton at fair pricing. We have in house crews, and ownership on site for every job. This means that when we agree on something, we will ensure that things are done to the quoted spec. There is no loss of information between the contractor you hire and the installer doing the job, we are the installers!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the industry for 15 years personally I found that there is a lack of quality standard almost everywhere. We hold an accountability standard for ourselves which is second to none in the city. We care about you and your home, and want to ensure you have peace of mind for years to come!
