I was hit with a sump pump & backup system failure on a Sunday and needed work done on these ASAP! I contacted many different companies and had no response or very rude & unprofessional response. Then I came across “The Plumbing Expert”. They answered my call promptly, asked questions to identify the problem over the phone, and while I was getting phone support, a technician was already on his way to my home. The Technician was very helpful & professional - explained how the system should work and offered timely solutions. Moreover, he did the actual installation work right there and then. He did an Excellent job. Even after he left, I called him again with some follow up questions and he didn’t hesitate to come back and show me what I needed until everything was super clear.

I contacted the emergency services of big box plumbing company to diagnose my Flooded basement problem. In our area the water is extremely hard. We bought a new fridge when we bought our home, ( previous owner had a older water softener)and when we used the water from the fridge and the ice, we found the salt coming out with it. With a baby we needed something done right away. We called Elie at the plumbing expert and right away we got a new water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Eli took the time to diagnose a complex issue with our sump pump. He and his team set up our new pumps very quickly. They were courteous of our house and explained everything so that we understood what the issues were, what our options were and how things worked. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I had a leak with the main water shut off in my basement. Elie came and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Did all of it and was able to keep the city there to turn the water back on so I didn't have to call back and wait two hours. We bought an old cottage with many issues, one of them being bad water. After a search on homestars and reaching out to several plumbers and the only response was Elie and boy are we glad he did.

The plumbing experts came to the rescue. I made a huge mistake and used a handy man for a simple repair. That company caused a lot of damage to my home. I called the plumbing expert and had then come down to survey the mess. Eli and crew were absolutely amazing and professional. Not only did he and his crew fix the problem caused by the handyman company, but did a fabulous job redoing the shower that had major damage caused by the Handyman company. Several plumbers looked at my basement bathroom toilet, which was not flushing, and quickly determined that I required either a new toilet ($5k for what they were proposing) or pipe work that would require digging up my yard ($10k plus).
