Let me start this review by saying that I have never felt the need to write an online review before, but this one is well deserved and overdue. Pets & People Co. (Raquel & Jason) have been walking our older dog for over a year and our puppy since March 2018. We have consistently received excellent customer service that always goes above and beyond. Our older dog has health issues/bad hips and Raquel will always make sure to modify his walks or spend more time in the yard instead of walking if he is having a bad day. Since we got the puppy, Raquel has taken the time to clean up accidents in the crate (and the dog too), provided research on acceptable exercise limits for puppies and assisted with leash training and enforcing basic commands like 'drop it' or 'leave it' while out on walks. I am grateful for daily updates via text and pictures of our pups out having fun while we are at work. They have always been flexible to work around my changing schedule and will even take the time to fill the pups water, walk the recycling bins up from the curb or bring in mail/packages when they come by. I would highly recommend their services and this says a lot since I rarely trust ANYONE to care for our fur babies! Well Done:) More...

We recently hired The Pets & People Co. to come in to our home to check in on our two dogs while we went on a short getaway. I used 'hired' but it felt more like friends coming to watch our very loved family members. Jason was very professional but also very relaxed with our dogs - so much that they basically slept through most of the initial visit. We will definitely entrust our pets with Jason in the future! We hired this company to look after our 3 cats for 9 days. One cat needed a needle every day. They emailed us pix of the cats and gave a report on how things were going. We cant say enough of the great job they did. They even brought in the mail, took the garbage out and salted the front walk. I will definitely hire them again. We needed to board our dog Murray on short notice for one night- Pets and People Co. went above and beyond! They picked him up at our home and treated him like he was their own, and dropped him off for us the next day. We even got some pictures and updates via text while we were away.
