What inspired you to start your own business?
Realizing that my 25 years of Restaurant experience from General Manager, Sommelier, Wine Director and Ownership roles that it was time to help restaurants gain traction and retention with their teams after the years of the pandemic we experienced.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being in the depths of Covid when I was a restaurant owner in Vancouver, I realized that the best way to take care of guests (customers) was to first take care of my team first. Building a safe environment for my team showed our guests that if our team felt safe in our restaurant, it would transfer confidence to our guests feeling safe when joining us. We proved this by seating up to 6000 guests in our fine dining restaurant in a month with half our capacity, of 50 seats.
