Hi Cat, we gave you a call on the day on service and left a voicemail on your answering machine to see how the clean went. I did not get a response and so I assumed everything went well and you were happy, we have a satisfaction guarantee policy that we could have implemented if we had received a response from you on the day or soon after however it’s now been 2 weeks since your clean.
