My policy is to not solicit a review from clients. I believe coaching is a confidential and private experience. I also believe the fit between the client and the coach is the singular most important aspect for success. That is why the first
session is FREE. You can make your own decision without risk or exposure.

Q&As

I love the impact of the coaching conversation. In one conversation by sharing different perspectives, a client can go from "NO WAY" to "OK!" In that simple shift a change in behaviour happens. When you change your behaviour, you change your actions. We you change your actions, you change the result. It is the result that matters, we just start with the behaviours.

One of my roles in IBM was to introduce Executive Coaching into the organization. The impact to the bottom line that resulted was measurable and real. in 1996 that observation inspired me to start my own practice so I can support and influence other organizations to achieve the same or better results. Coaching works because the focus is on the individual. It is the individual that produces the results for the organization.

Clients are intelligent, talented and unique people who seldom need to be fixed; they are really just seeking a shift in perspective, that ‘ah-ha’ moment that happens through the power of a coaching conversation.
Our conversation often starts with identifying a significant barrier, after which clients will experience a shift in their perspective, and with that, their action plan simply unfolds.

Yes, live on-line via: phone, ZOOM, TEAMS etc.
In-person as required.

Safety in the coaching relationship is vital. Feeling safe to try, be vulnerable and explore is what allows the coaching to take effect. Covid-19 has simply shifted the safety we create when we are together in person to having the save safety using online technologies.

Services

One-to-one coaching provided over the phone or via video technologies of your choice. Sessions are typically one hour in length. How often we meet is up to you and your needs. Typically we tend to meet weekly to gain fast fixes and momentum. Around the three month mark we can run at a slower pace to ensure the new behaviours we have been working on are sustainable and consistent. The average coaching engagement is six to nine months.
