This is by far the cleanest, friendliest gym I’ve ever been to. Awesome selection of equipment..so fun! As someone who has been off the gym scene for a couple of years, I was seriously stoked to join the facilities here. Not only has Treena and her ladies breathed new life into the space and have it looking better than ever, you will feel right at home here with their fully capable and friendly staff, and hello, a gym with plants is freaking awesome! They can walk you through any of the machines if you're like me and a little rusty on what does what.
