One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I was the typical "I am asking for a huge unreasonable favour" type of customer but Pia didn't bat an eye and helped me get a flower arrangement delivered in under 2 hours for an emergency. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about her products, and ultimately I decided on an arrangement suggested by her. And all done by phone as I am in another province! AMAZING!!I was there to order some flowers and I was helped out from start to finish, everyone there was helpful in helping me choose the flowers and design. They also have nice cards for you to choose from to go with your gift/flowers. The delivery was seamless, I even got a call saying it was successfully delivered. Excellent service!
