Tracy and her staff did Beautiful flowers for my Moms funeral. All I had to do was conference calls sent her the colours of flowers we liked what kind of an arrangement we wanted and she had it done. at this time when somebody passes away it was so nice to not have to worry about flowers. It makes me really sad to leave anything but a glowing review on a public forum for anybody's business but I was very disappointed with the flowers I was sent from The Flower Lady. My boyfriend lives in the US and was trying very hard to make my birthday special and was very upset with what was delivered in comparison to what he paid for. He ordered a bouquet of pink tulips, I received a multi coloured bouquet stuffed with very unattractive sporadically placed filler. He was upset because he talked directly to the store and nobody warned him of any changes being made to his bouquet, and in turn it looked very thrown together. We would have understood if they were out of all pink following so close to Mother's Day but nobody noted anything to him. It is only 5 days following and all but one tulip in my bouquet is dead. I'm giving The Flower Lady 2 stars because she was still able to kind of accommodate the day of and get a delivery out to my house More...
