SARAH BROWN’S GETFIT30 TRAINING PROGRAM EXPERIENCE

-WITH-

TAYLAR SWAN, CERTIFIED TRAINER/HEALTH COACH


WHY I DECIDED TO TRY THE GETFIT30 TRAINING PROGRAM:

In November of 2016, I found myself feeling unhappy… great family and job but really unhappy with myself so that’s when I decided to reach out to Taylar. Was I skeptical? Absolutely! I recall thinking: will the program work, will the Trainer help me reach my goals and am I even capable of completing the program, etc.

INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH TAYLAR SWAN:

Our discussion went really well and she made me feel comfortable. After we finished talking, I felt motivated and excited to start my new journey!

TRAINING:

The first day of training I felt very nervous to go to the gym… like almost sick to my stomach! I recall Taylar pushing me very hard through the workouts and I didn’t think I would finish them all but guess what… I did! Now I will tell you that day one was the worst day for me and I all I could think was, I still had 4 more days to workout that week! After getting through my first week, I couldn’t believe how much more energy I had and that I also shed some pounds! This was a pivotal moment for me because I became much more motivated and felt confident that I would be able to complete the program with success!

EATING:

Well this was a struggle for me because I had no idea as to what healthy eating was really all about. I recall Taylar asking me to pick out what I believed were healthy foods that I had in my home and explain why I thought they were healthy… this was quite an eye opener for me because what I picked out was not as healthy as I thought. So I asked Taylar to go grocery shopping with me so she could teach me how to not only read the white label but what to look for in the listed ingredients… let’s just say that when you actually read the ingredients (which are normally in fine print) you will not put that crap in your cart or in your body (lol). How foods are marketed is ridiculous because most people are led to believe that what they are about to buy and eat is good for them… well that is not always the case.

I basically cut out sugar, soy, bread and obviously no deep fried foods (lol). I was not restricted to weighing my food and counting calories which was nice and I was still able to eat foods I really enjoyed.

CLOSING REMARKS:

Is the 3 month program easy? NO! It’s hard work and if you are willing to make a lifestyle change then you need to take it seriously. You will not only see amazing results, you will also feel amazing! At first, people will ask you why you’re doing it but later they will ask how you did it!

I had a great experience working with Taylar! When you follow one of her programs she makes it so easy. There was a meal plan, including recipes and a grocery list. A workout plan and online support. I am only 2 weeks into my 3 month journey with Taylar & I've lost 11.3 pounds already! She made a special meal plan for my plamt based diet and the food is both delicious and satisfying. I'm so excited to see what the end result will be!

UPDATE; 3 months later; I've lost 28.5 lbs & 30 inches! I've also gained lots of self-esteem!

I highly recommend Taylar Swan! I started seeing her back in March and saw amazing results. The meal plans are super easy to follow and the workouts are awesome! I just completed the 6wk Bikini Challenge and loved it. When I reached out to Taylar I was so down on myself and how much I had let myself go. I had spent 2 years getting ready for my wedding and in less than a year destroyed it all (post wedding, thank god) . I was scared to try something new and always felt embarrased in the gym when trying new exercises. Her app changed all that and at the end of 6wks I am amazed at what not just my body is capable of but my mind. I feel like this wasn't just something my body needed but my mind needed it as well. I started out at the gym winging it. Thought I was making traction. I needed help. After reading Taylars well written articles I was confident she could help.
Without a doubt; if you're considering this you will see and feel results. After the first weigh in and pics it became apparent. I can do this.
I knew I am on the right path. This is the best I've felt in years, in every way. No longer sitting down to put socks on, no holding breath bending over gasping.
Heart rate has dropped 20+ beats per minute.
Start now, now is the time. I wish I would have started when I first pondered the idea.

I was 6 months post partum and I needed motivation to lose weight. I decided to start Taylar's Get fit 30 program after I seen Chrystal's transformation. I was wowed at how amazing she looked and I wanted to look like that too! And I wanted to feel good about myself again. I had to do this. I met with Taylar and I instantly felt her positive energy. I could see that she was so passionate about her role as a lifestyle coach, it was so infectious and instantly made me feel motivated attain my diet and fitness goals. She not only helps you with diet and fitness she provides emotional support as well, to help you reach your goals. - 6 week bikini body challenge review-

I recently finished doing Taylor's 6 week bikini challenge and if your looking for a program to feel confident in your bikini then this is for you! !
This program is about working hard and eating right! The workouts are great you'll have some days of weights and some days of HIT/ plyometrics. The meal plan is like nothing else you'll get in another program. This meal plan changes everyday and you never have to get sick of what your eating. This is food you will want to eat, yes even when the program is finished!!
From my experience this program is not easy!! But if you want something easy, then you'll get little results. If you want something that will challenge you and and make you look and feel great then choose this program. If you don't put in the work you will not achieve the results!! I will admit I too had rough days, days I didn't think I wanted to do a work out or that my eating could have been a lot better. But that's where Taylor comes in to help you! She is very knowledgeable in helping guid you through your slump. When I started this program I had a lot of gut issues that I had no idea how to deal with. But within 2 weeks she had me on track and feeling better than I ever have.
I'll be doing this program again in my future for sure!!! �

When I first reached out to Taylar, I was at a breaking point. I knew I had to make some changes and it was obvious that I needed help. I had been working out for 3 months at home with no results. I have never been to a health coach and did not know what to expect. I was very nervous for our first session and barely made it through the first session but I was determined to not give up and Taylar was there to push me (which is what I needed!)

Was the 3 months easy....NO! But you get out of the program what you put in it. If you half ass a routine or eat shitty food...you get half the results. There were days when I wanted to half ass it but I knew that Taylar was holding me accountable so I pushed through with her encouragement. Taylar had me do things that I did not think I was capable of doing. When I did them, I felt empowered and thought what else can I do? I was also reminded how hard you can push your body with minimal equipment. Not once in the 3 months did I step inside a gym. Taylar designed my program so that I was able to perform all of my workout sessions at home. The app that she provides was extremely useful and a great way to track the workouts!

At the end of the 3 months, I lost over 25lbs and 25"....I could not have done that without Taylar kicking my ass. Thank you Taylar for being what I needed to jump start my journey.

When I first reached out to Taylar about her 6 week bikini challenge I was stuck... I was not able to move that number on scale for 6 months +. . I had no issues working out but I needed help and guidance on the eating Taylar’s meal plan was just the guidance I needed.. was it easy at first nope.. it’s meal prep and making sure what goes in your belly is healthy and nutritious but once I found my grove with the meal prep it has become a life style change for me!! I feel great I am down 13lbs and the clothes I have not been able to wear for years I am back into! Thanks Taylar for the kick start back into a healthy life style More...

Thank you Taylar for all your help! When I decided to get back into the gym after a lengthy break I needed someone to get me motivated. I searched for a trainer that offered online/virtual training with a one on one option and someone who could help tie in diet to exercise to stomach comfort. I found Taylar� Even though I was not able to get together withTaylar due to my busy work schedule she kept me motivated by checking in on me.....she kept my programs in the gym to 30-40 minutes so that my attention span could handle it. Her plan was awesome and kept me focused. If anyone is on the fence about working out I highly recommend reaching out to Taylar her plans are based on individual needs therefore you are getting the best program for you and not a cookie cutter plan.
Love my results and will take what she has taught me to keep me focused and on track both in my workouts and on my tummy health. Thanks again Taylar you ROCK!!!!���
