What do you love most about your job?
Listening to people's life experiences makes me both humbled by their resilience and appreciative of their strength, being there for them until their life storm resolves is more rewarding than anything. Just being there with them to mourn the permanent loss of something or someone dear to their heart to ease their pain and suffering and to help them find hope in the middle of all this.
I enjoy helping people to integrate parts of themselves previously neglected to produce a new whole individual.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I found great help from counselors during my childhood and youth and wanted to transfer that blessing to others, going through life stages and struggles made me go back to my passion for psychology where I could find serenity for myself and for others who seek my help.

I am using a scientifically proven evidence-based approach under the supervision of a seasoned practitioner.
I have completed a master's degree in counseling psychology at Yorkville University, New Brunswick, Canada.
Being a Registered Pharmacist in Ontario helps me to bring in extensive knowledge of how medications work and their proper usage.
I have been personally afflicted with many life struggles which made me adopt a nonjudgmental and empathic approach.

Yes I can, I provide services in person in Mississauga and Cambridge Ontario, I also provide my services online through a secure video system called Jane which also serves as a scheduler, reminder, and billing system for a few of the private plans like GreenShield and Ontario Blue Cross.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We care about our client's health so masks are available upon request and if needed we can also provide remote online sessions when requested.
