We are so happy with our fresh new kitchen. The cabinets were in really good shape but the color made our cottage look dated. Imran was a great communicator and the job was pretty much done in the time frame he originally estimated. They took the cupboard doors to their shop for painting and in one long day painted the rest of the cabinet parts on site. They were very tidy in their work. The only advice I would have for a future customer is that if you are outside the GTA, make sure Imran knows your exact location so he can give a reliable estimate the first time. More...

Outstanding job by Sweet refinishing. Very happy with the quality of the cabinet painting. The timeline was a little longer than we had hoped but the results were worth the wait.
Imran is an excellent communicator. He gets back with updates and confirms changes in a professional manner.
This is a family business dedicated to customer service.. it was a pleasure to meet them. I was particularly impressed when his mother delivered our finished doors/l drawers late one evening to keep the project moving.

My daughter had her kitchen cabinets refinished by Sweet Refinishing and they did an excellent job! At the same time I was looking for new kitchen chairs to go with my new harvest table. I was having a hard time finding good quality chairs within my budget to replace the solid oak chairs that I have. I had an “a ha” moment and called Imran and asked if he recommended refinishing chairs. He said he had done them in the past and reassured me that they would be that the finish would be durable so I went ahead and had him paint my six, very well made solid oak chairs, in a matte finish white. Overall I was very happy with the service offered by Imran and team. Each and every subcontractor was very professional and understood the requirements.
They paid attention to each and every minute detail. Our backsplash has metal pieces in it and it was challenging to install and good chance of wastage of the material. I was very impressed to see there was no wastage! Henry "Painter" was very patient and did great job in painting the cabinets and island. I loved it. Dexter " Electrician" was very professional and on time to complete the work. Cabinet installation team ( Imran's core team ) was very detail oriented and patiently fixed / aligned all the cabinets and handles. I would give "4 stars" and recommend Sweet Painters to get any renovations done. ( actually I already recommended to my friends as they loved the work done in my kitchen :- )
Room for improvement - There were few scheduling issues but other than that great work and great team....keep up the good work!

Sweet Refinishing did a top quality refinishing job on these kitchen cabinets. They were able to step up to a tight deadline and did an excellent job. Their painter and workers showed up exactly as promised, and worked extremely cleanly and did an excellent job. Imran was very professional and excellent to work with and made sure every step was done properly. The painter of our cabinets taped everything with unbelievable care and detail, cleaned and prepped every surface, and painted with amazing care. It was great to work with Sweet Painters. The challenge was that as an owner I was abroad during the remodel and Imran Habib of Sweet Painters kept me informed every step of the way via email, phone and by posting video and photos of the progress daily.
The project finished on time and the work was done in a very professional manner. Mr. Habib was available to answer all my questions and communicated to me on almost daily basis as issues came up. Mr. Habib is a good listener and made suggestions/recommendations that were in the end beneficial to me as a home owner. Mr. Habib always looked to come to a resolution jointly with me on issues that came up and always kept me informed on the cost aspect if there were any changes. There were no surprises. In my opinion Sweet Painters work is very good and the principals are great to deal with. I would have no problem recommending them. I would certainly hire them again.

We initially wanted to paint our outdated cabinet doors for an affordable and fresh look. I looked online and found sweet painting.
I spoke with Imran who was extremely professional and helpful. He took our cabinet doors to paint them. However, he called me to let me know that they weren't looking as nice as he anticipated. They were quite old and some were damaged. Imran took his time to source out brand new doors. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. In less than two weeks we had our new doors!!! We are so happy with the new look! We are now talking to Imran about a new countertop. We have updated our kitchen at such a reasonable price! :) :)
I will definitely recommend Sweet Painters to all my friends and family !!
