What do you love most about your job?
I love helping owners to develop healthy and enjoyable relationships with their dogs. It is a joy to see a dog overcome struggles and become happy and confident.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During the years I have had dogs, I have tried different training approaches. When my last two dogs passed away, I decided that I wanted to find a better way to train dogs. I had already begun researching the absoluteDogs approach when I adopted a dog from the United States. She has had many challenging issues to overcome and I needed to stretch as a dog owner in order to help her. I have been enjoying the journey so much that I decided to become a dog trainer to help other dog owners like myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe there is always hope for every dog and I will work with you to develop a plan to help your dog overcome its struggles. I believe in training the dog in front of me so there is no cookie cutter approach to training. Training should be fun and bring real-life results. It evolves as you and your dog grow together.

I offer my services online whether it be for one to one sessions or groups. Online training is effective as I have discovered as a learner.
Dog Training In-Person or Online
My overall philosophy is that it is more effective to train dogs to think for themselves. Most training is focussed on training IN the situation, not FOR the situation. It's rather like taking a class in parachuting after jumping out of the plane. I use games to train dogs based on their needs and the needs of their owners.
Online and In-Person Groups
I offer groups in six week blocks and am currently offering a six-week Puppy Foundations class.
Prepackaged Online Training

The Puppy Course Starting May 3, 7 pm
Big or small, we love them all! This six week course will teach the foundation skills needed to have a puppy who is well-behaved and will come when called. In addition to the classes, you will have access to my Facebook client group, lots of ebooks for you to keep and access to a library of training material.
