Hourly Care
care services such as: meal preparation, assist with hygiene and bathing, light cleaning, supervision, lifts and transfers, mobility, companionship
visits starting at 2 hours
Live-in Care
Our caregiver will reside in your home, and provide help with things such as: meal preparation, assist with hygiene and bathing, light cleaning, supervision, lifts and transfers, mobility, companionship.
The caregiver will also be there overnight, should assistance be needed, and for general peace of mind.
24-hour care
24-Hour Care offers the ultimate in care coverage: with the assignment of one primary caregiver to assist in the day time needs of the client, and another assigned for night time supervision and duties. This also gives overnight peace of mind for the client, as well as the family. More importantly we help the client remain in the comfort of his/her own home for as long as possible.
Hospital Discharge Live-in Care or 24-hour Care
Our staff can meet with the family at the hospital or at home and talk about the level of senior care required. We prepare for the return home by setting up 24-hour care upon hospital discharge, for as long as needed. This would involve someone on duty around the clock – typically set up with two 12-hour shifts per day (day duty and night duty), with as much consistency as possible. If you are looking for more focus on duties during the day, and someone around at night to respond if necessary to any emergency, then perhaps the live-in care model is better suited to your senior care needs.
If you feel that live-in care is no longer required, we can also scale down our senior care service to hourly care on an ongoing basis.
Palliative Care
One of our caregivers can help with end-of-life care on a live-in basis, helping throughout the day and night. Whether you need someone to be there overnight for peace of mind or to stay awake during the night to care for your loved one, we can make special arrangements for palliative live-in care.
Night Shift Care
Get the sleep you need. Take a good rest for the whole night so you can get your energy back and be able to provide quality care during the day. Let us take charge during nighttime.
With night shift care we can set up a night shift tailored to your specific needs, with flexible start and end times and duties performed as required.
