We recently used Superior Chem to clean our old old old condo building hallway carpets and after the cleaning was completed they have never looked so good and we did not get that wet damp smell like we did using steam cleaning. Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service from Superior Chem-Dry. When I called to book, I left a message. I received a friendly call-back from Robert. We booked and he sent a text reminder of the appointment (super helpful). The service itself was excellent as well. On time, they put down cloths on the floor. The one thing I find the most important about Chem Dry is the time it takes for a carpet to try after their treatment. It's a fraction of the time it takes a water extraction treatment to dry.
