Schematic Design
Working with the client to develop a scheme for their project that meets their requirements
Design Development
Taking the schematic that we developed with the client in the schematic design phase, and developing it into a full fledged architectural design, both inside and out.
Building Permit
Taking the design and creating architectural drawings for submitting building permits to the city.
Services during Construction
Liaising with the contractor and other consultants during the construction process, and conducting field reviews to ensure quality of construction, and to ensure that the building is built according to the building Permit plans and meeting the Building Code requirements.
Interior Design
Additional services that may be required by the client to outfit the interior of their project.
Consultant Coordination
Coordinating with other consultants such as structural, mechanical and electrical engineers that may be required on a project, and acting as the project coordinator for all professions.
Tenant Improvements
Designing to fit an existing commercial space.
