Last year I gave this company a 5-star review. The work they did for me wasn't perfect, but I was impressed by Nathan’s work ethic, and I wanted to support local business and young entrepreneurs. Shortly after the work had been done, weeds began to pop up all over the place. When I moved the rocks and mulch, I could see that they had used poor quality landscape barrier, and in some places, there were gaps where there was no landscape barrier. I called them and Nathan came back and tried to repair the spots. Again, I was impressed by his follow up and willingness to guarantee his work.

However, this spring weeds continue to pop up all over the place, less than a year after the work was done. I am willing to work with the company and even willing to absorb some of the cost of redoing the work that needs to be fixed, but they continue to string me along, promising to stop by and get me a quote, and commit to a date, but that never happens.

I’m also disappointed with the lack of transparency from this company. I see that they have turned off comments on their Facebook page (maybe just for dissatisfied customers) and I’m not able to leave a review on their Facebook page.

I am now to the point that I am looking for other companies to come and fix the work that was done by this company. I'm disappointed, and I can no longer recommend this company. This is unfortunate, as the problems that need to be addressed are minor and would likely take less than a day to address.

I had also received a quote from them for an additional job in my back yard, but I was not willing to move forward with any additional work until they repair their first job. After many failed attempts to have this company repair the damage, relationship, and landscaping, I've now changed my review to a 2-star review.

I recommend that if you hire this company, be sure that you are in the yard to oversee the job and ensure it is being done the way you expect. I also recommend that you purchase the materials yourself, to ensure they are of good quality.
