We are very satisfied with everything from the initial meet to the install.
Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional.

We had Stonex do our quartz countertop. Each time we went to their location in Cambridge we were welcomed and not pressured. Once we finalized our decision, the whole process was organized and timely. The templater, Daniel, was fantastic. We were told it would be approximately two weeks for installation and they contacted us and wanted to come early! Unfortunately due to COVID we were under quarantine and had to cancel again on our scheduled date. The office was absolutely fantastic. Jacob and Zack were our installers. They were professional, efficient and very friendly. We are thrilled with the service as well as our countertop!! More...

The price was very competitive and the selection was incredible.

Very poor customer service. Took 6 months for product to arrive. Product is pitted and needed repair immediately after install. They continually reschedule appointments and 2 months later still have not shown up to repair. They don't even bother to call you to tell you that they are re-scheduling, they just send an email last minute. More...
