I knew that Janice was the perfect fit from the first time I spoke with her on the phone! She was the "wizard" that my now husband challenged me to find (inside joke about finding a loophole around the civil ceremony legalities without getting married in a church). Dr. Rev. Janice Dodds is so sweet, caring, and a breath of fresh air. She is the perfect balance of emotion and wit, and she made our ceremony perfectly us. My family absolutely adored her (and so did we!). She was amazing to communicate with, and beyond flexible with our changed plans due to COVID. Her and her husband were also very welcoming when we went to their home... I'd go back in a heartbeat for a visit with them and their furry family members/fosters. I could go on and on... BOOK Janice! I honestly cannot thank her enough for making our wedding so special. Janice was very patient and worked with us to create the perfect wedding ceremony. At first, our plans went slowly, and then 2020 happened, and our plans changed on a dime. Janice kept smiling and working with us through all of our decisions even as the ceremony changed due to the smaller crowd, change of location, etc. etc. Janice is a confident, calm voice in the wedding process that was our lighthouse among all of our planning and execution. Dr. Rev. Janice Dodds was absolutely wonderful! Both my wife and I can't reccomend her enough. From the first meeting, she made us feel so comfortable. She allowed us to customize our entire ceremony, so we got everything we wanted. Even up until the night before the wedding, she was so easy to comunicate with and made sure no matter what happened, that our ceremony went smoothly. Despite the rainy weather, Janice made our elopement so special and we can't wait to do it again with her next year for our big wedding with all our family. Janice was phenomenal. She not only catered to our wants, but she did it in such a way that there was laughter and crying at our wedding. She preformed a simple ceremony and a handfasting ceremony. We had Dr. Janice Dodds as our officiant for our recent wedding and we couldn't have asked for much more! She was charming, attentive, and gave us the kind of ceremony we were hoping for despite large changes to our original wedding plans. Janice was also very keen on ensuring that continued communication was had between us and was available to speak with or contact for any updates or changes etc. On the day of our wedding, I later found out that we were missing ribbons needed for part of our ceremony. Janice was able to come up with a solution on the spot that allowed the wedding to flow effortlessly. Hands down the best officiant out there! My (new) husband and I were experiencing a lot of stress trying to figure out our news plans for a wedding as we had to cancel due to COVID-19. We must've changed our plans 3+ times. Janice was supportive (and still very much is) with our everchanging plans. She was extremely accomodating offering us her home as a venue if we needed. When we finally decided that we just wanted to get married and worry about the rest later, we emailed Janice and she offered her home to us the same day to sign our papers and have a small, intimate ceremony. Janice and her husband were patient while we tried to facetime our parents and siblings so they could enjoy out day as well. She included them like they were physically there. She was very engaging and funny! We cannot recommend Janice enough! So accomodating and kind! We look forward to having her officiate a "mock" ceremony for us next year! More...

We couldn't have had a better wedding! We had so many compliments on how beautiful our ceremony was. How personal it was and Janice truly made that happen for us.
