What do you love most about your job?
We love providing quality care to our patients. It brings us so much happiness to help relieve pain and improve quality of life with our patients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create an environment that was very relaxing and spa like, with quality RMTs that focus on rehabilitation.
Why should our clients choose you?
All of the therapists here at Steps 2 Better Health are Registered and have completed an additional training program to ensure similar flow, treatment and quality care.

We provide services onsite only. We usually do mobile massage where we come to your house but we have temporarily paused that due to Covid.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have went above a beyond the public health guidelines. We do multiple prescreens, take temperatures, wear extra PPE and sanitize all touched surfaces between every patient.
