Brad was there within 24 hours to fix the leak in our asphalt shingle roof. Very friendly, competent, down-to-earth man - we'll definitely be back to Stephenson's when it is time to replace the old roof in a few years.

I hired Stephenson Roofing to work for me recently. I feel extremely satisfied with the job.My home is an older building located in East Vancouver. It is more than 34 feet high and has 9 different sections, so this job presented a few challenges. The roofing deck had some exceeding plywood, which I wanted to shorten. Also, the lower front section of my roof did not have any plywood. After discussing these issues with Brad, he agreed that he would shorten the roofing deck plywood and have additional plywood installed at the lower front portion.The garage section of my property had a chimney, which I did want anymore. The crew destroyed that part and did not charge me extra.The estimate that Brad gave me in writing is what I actually got in terms of services rendered. He did not try to charge me extra for any unnecessary work. There was no hassle at all in dealing with Brad and his work crew. Thank you to the Stephenson Roofing work crew for doing a great job. Our roof needed replacing. Stephenson roofing came to our home and left some samples while we were thinking. They gave us options to choose from and their pricing was very competitive against the other quotes we received. Overall, they are just nice guys which was important to me. The whole job was done in about 4 days (since we also did gutters). In the past I have had trouble with tradespeople arriving so late but they were there bright an early and stayed all day. Found out about Stephenson roofing from reading the Pitt Meadows community Facebook site. There were a bunch of positive reviews about Brad so I called. We had some roof shingles that had come off my barn and home during the winter storms. Brad was easy to deal with, showed up when he said he would, and did a great job. He was fast and efficient. We had a tar and gravel roof and wanted to convert to a shingle roof. Brad was very knowledgeable and made sure all the right steps were followed to ensure a proper roof was installed.
Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. Great communication overall and very accommodating.
We had to leave for a vacation before the roof was completed and he made sure we were updated about the work through photos and videos via email. Brad & Gord gave us several options but we chose a 5/8 cedar shake for a solid brick house with many angles and a 14 pitch and we were extremely happy with the quality of work. Stephenson Roofing and their crew did a first class job during a particular wet September. Brad was very confident installing a membrane gutter around a glass conservatory which other roofers were not. Their price was fair and they also installed 2 new skylights and organized Coast Mountain to install new gutters. We have had many compliments. Thank you Brad and Gord. We had the crew here to replace our aging shingle roof in May 2017. We chose a Triple Layer Landmark shingle and are really pleased with the result! The crew were polite, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of each day so we could still use our deck and entrances safely. For no extra charge, Brad and Gord took care of an additional issue which wasn't their responsibility. Stephenson Roofing replaced the roof on my father's house with Certainteed fibreglass reinforced shingles. They explained various options in terms of quality and cost and did not try to oversell extras. They provided a detailed quote that was less than several other major companies contacted proposing similar work. They promised to attend the job promptly, weather permitting, in February, and they did. They estimated it would take 2 1/2 days to complete the job and they were actually done in two full days including a thorough yard clean-up. Disposal bin gone the next working day. I have used Stephenson Roofing for both my rental home and my main residence. My main residence has a flat roof and is therefore not the easiest to repair but Brad and his team got the job done even in the middle of a rainstorm! We had Brad Stephenson reroof our house 6 years ago and we were thrilled with the final product. When we had three large trees fall on our roof last fall we told the insurance company that we wanted to be able to have Stephenson Roofing do the repairs.
We contacted Stephenson Roofing and they came out and did a thorough evaluation and estimate of the repairs needed for us and submitted it to the insurance company. We were concerned that since only one section of the roof was being repaired the newly repaired area would look different than the existing roof but Stephenson Roofing did an awesome job. We were very pleased with the communication and follow up with Brad, he would let you know when he was coming and what was to be done. The snowy weather delayed getting the job done but Brad and Gord made a number of trips to our home to check on things and kept in contact with us. Both Brad and Gord were very friendly and great to work with They always left everything clean and tidy and were very respectful of our property.
