Probably the worst mall I've ever been to. Everytime I come here I feel like it actually gets worse. Despite that, it's always been terrible for as long as I can remember. Just walking the halls immediately makes me feel really uncomfortable. Passing by a store is a 50/50 on whether or not it's already permanently closed. If actually open, just your mere presence will attract hawk-eye stares from any staff members inside. Even down to the little details it's quite bad. The massage chairs are ripped to shreds, very weathered and vandalized. The kids car toys are creepy, old, and strewn about seemingly at random. Sure Talize is alright, but it's a separate entity from the mall itself. They shouldn't be judged together, it wouldn't be fair to Talize. Seriously though, avoid this place if possible. It is shockingly bad. As of only a couple days ago the Bad Boy and Dollar Power are both permanently closed which removed almost all loitering potential too. Just stay away. More...

What do you love most about your job?
We have been clients of Primerica since 2002, having been taken advantage of by well-known insurance companies selling us overpriced and inadequate insurance coverage to protect our family. We took the opportunity in 2017 to become representatives and help educate families who have also been taken advantage of by other companies in the financial industry. We educate our clients on how money works and provide solutions so they can make informed decisions. They too can become debt-free, properly protected, and financially independent.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My mom and dad were entrepreneurs, and we always looked for opportunities to build a business and leave a legacy for our family. Primerica provided that with little risk, and a huge upside for our family and others we help. We offer our clients the same business opportunity so they can build a business and leave a legacy to their families.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are uniquely positioned to understand the needs of our clients because we have experienced similar situations as the clients we serve. After completing a complimentary financial needs analysis, we provide financial education and work with the clients. We help identify opportunities to save money and have your money earn more. We help families get back on track and reach financial independence through strategies they learn while working with us.

We can work remotely via Zoom. The individual needs to be using a device capable of taking control of the screen to acknowledge and digitally sign documents when needed. The process is easy, convenient, and, confidential.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow mandates that have been implemented and meet in person if needed while respecting COVID-19 protection requirements.
Financial Needs Analysis (FNA)
To help families better understand their personal finances, Primerica offers a Financial Needs Analysis (FNA). The FNA gives a detailed overview of your current financial situation and suggests a personalized strategy for your financial security. The FNA is complimentary, confidential, and customized for every family that we serve.
Term Life Insurance
We offer term insurance, which has a more affordable premium as compared to whole-life insurance. Term insurance is designed to provide the amount of insurance needed for the period needed, while whole-life policies are sold with a savings component that typically does not benefit the client, and may be cost-prohibitive to obtain the needed coverage.
Registered and Non Registered Investments
We work with our partners, AGF and MacKenzie Investments, to provide our clients with products and services needed to invest confidently. We regularly have information sessions with AGF and MacKenzie representatives to allow our clients opportunities to learn and ask questions.
We offer registered products such as LIRAs, RRSPs, RESPs, TFSAs, FHSAs, and RDSPs. We offer plans for small business owners and their employees as well.
