Occupied Home Staging Consultation
This is a highly effective and affordable service for those who live in the property as they sell. During our two-hour Occupied Home Staging & Redesign Consultation we provide detailed expert staging advice to prepare your home for sale, tailored specifically for your target market. The goal is to work with what you have in your home, and additional furnishings are optional. You may choose to carry out our recommendations on your own, or hire us to do a portion or everything for you. We offer half-day or a full-day Occupied Home Staging services.
Professional home staging doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. At Staged with Flair, we make changes that result in big differences while working within your budget.
Vacant Home Staging
Home staging is much less expensive and much more effective than your first price reduction!
