The Quote was 2 cleaners for 2hrs. (which would work out to at least 4hr for 1 cleaner). The owner came and said the other cleaner cancelled.
5 bedroom house with 2 baths, living room, sitting room, kitchen and stairs. He only cleaned 2hrs. I asked what he cleaned and took him at his word.
1 bedroom not even touched. And he didn't dust in places that he stated he did. One bathroom was only half done. This was supposed to be a deep clean? I had the intention of hiring this company every month. Not now.

Nancy, (whomever this), Called being belligerent rude and insulting then hung up but not before stating how she was going to leave this nasty review. To clarify everything No booking was ever made with somebody by that name in fact it was made by somebody else in whose Name will not be mentioned due to our own privacy policy. This is a miscommunication On the person that had called to book service with us. In no way shape or form is this company based on an hourly rate ,we base our prices on size and job description (per job). A 5 bedroom deep cleaning With our pricing comes to $225 which is what we and the other party Who booked the service agreed upon. The job was delivered With excellence, The room that wasn't touched Had a tenant sleeping in it. It is not our responsibility or in our job description to knock on people's doors while they are sleeping and/or wait for them to wake up from their afternoon nap. You knew there were cleaners coming over so it is your responsibility to have all the areas that need to be cleaned accessible. Breaking down hours and how many people came IS erelevant when calling a service that provides a flat rate service, If it's an hourly based service that you were in search of , Respectfully you should have booked with a company that provided that. The individual that paid upon completion seem to have been very pleased with the job that was done and had even asked questions on the job description provided. Again that person seemed very satisfied and did inquire about future monthly services. Although there was never any communication between this company and "Nancy".. Perhaps You should have been the one to book the service so that you would have full knowledge of the service you were paying for instead of 3rd party. It is my suggestion that when booking another service the future regardless of what industry it is that you have a full understanding of the Details at hand. Even Though there was no misunderstanding or no Delinquency on our part we would have still been willing to alter the price for you seems YOU.. Didn't have a full understanding but instead you were rude and nasty. A friendly professional phone call saying that might have been a better approach. It is unfair to be reviewed based on aspects that a company doesn't even provide. All the best, SQ
