A decent gym (3.5) would be most accurate. The equipment is good and the staff are nice. I like that it is open 24 hours now. However, it is decently busy, a bit expensive for what you get, and the contract terms are ...tedious (though an issue common to many gyms). More...

Nice staff, mellow vibe. 2 squat racks but no Olympic platform-wouldn't want to drop heavy deadlifts here for the sake of those on the floor below (but my little lifts were fine).

Its just a good old fashioned REAL gym. Everything you need & some cool equipment like the deadlift cage. Small boxing bag - too close to the windows for my striking experience & you have to move a few things, but if you need to keep your moves, it'll do fine. Its no G**dL**e or G**ds & thats a GOOD thing lol Rowing machine, bikes galore, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmaster Good sh*t! The music is always easy on the ears, the members seem to know each other - small town vibe. They are 24/7 which i love as you can have a quiet, focussed workout without douchebags & poseurs getting in the way or hogging equipment. Also - refreshingly - the people practice hygiene & don't fumigate themselves with AXE! lol More...
