I live in an area of Aurora where the houses are larger and therefore require the assistance of a cleaning company. I was so impressed from the first phone call I had with Speciale Cleaning. The representative that handled my inquiry was extremely professional and helpful in answering all our questions that we knew Speciale Cleaning would be the perfect fit for our cleaning needs. Even more impressive than the professionalism of the phone representative was the professionalism and quality of the cleaners that came to our home. They were meticulous throughout our house. I have had many cleaning companies before but special cleaning is by far my first choice! They clean for 2 other units in my building when they come over and never seem tired I would suggest trying it out if you haven’t already they won’t disappoint!

The owner of this company, Tala is brilliant! She knows her customer service but unlike some others that contacted me it did not come off forced becuase She is naturally caring. Anna and Michael did a great job deep cleaning my house even though it took longer than expected to complete the work. Tala was very accommodating to meet my needs. I do apologize we were unable to provide an in-person quote prior to our booking in order to better determine the exact time that would be required on this job. It is not very common though in some cases an additional half hour to an hour may be required depending on the nature of the job. I will use this thoughtful feedback to improve on this area in the future and make sure this is something which is more clearly outlined in both our phone calls and confirmation emails. I found Tala on the Nextdoor neighbour application. It was meant to be.. Tala is so modest and does not give herself and her team the credit they deserve. My husband and I have been using cleaning services of all kind for the last 32 years and we have never felt so heard. We are very particular about certain tasks being done in a specific way and they never fail to amaze us when it comes to following instructions. I am not sure what they are using to make the faucets shine but I can not find a single water mark anywhere after they are done. My pictures, mirrors and windows are Steak free everytime! I also have never had a senior discount offered I have always had to ask about it but they made it clear that it was a discount they can apply. Because of how they have customized a plan that works for us I am no longer looking or even interested in other inquiries. The quality is far worth spending a bit more each week. I have had 2 girls come in who are such beautiful people. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality cleaning company.
