We decided to go for a couple's facial and we were beyond impressed with the level of service, the quality and the cleanliness of the spa. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who quickly checked us in and brought us to the change rooms where we received a key, towels, flip flops and a robe. You literally just bring yourselves and your bathing suits. We still brought our own items because we weren't sure if they provided it to us- so nice to know that they provide it complimentary to their clients.The change rooms were VERY clean and had a lovely ambiance. You already feel relaxed being there and you haven't even stepped room in the lounge area.We were early and decided to relax just for a bit and do the jacuzzi after our facial. The lounge area has multiple elements to it. When you first walk in, it is very dim and "chalet" looking. Has light, relaxing music in the background that helps set the mood. You'll see on your left hand side the nail / pedicure area with a fountain type wall which is very beautiful and well decorated. Then there are a few steps where there are two lounge leather chairs, some towels, the jacuzzi area, a boho-chic bench with pillows and a water/tea station. We relaxed for a good 10 minutes and then we were taken to our shared room where we had the BEST 60 minute facial of our lives. It was very relaxing and the products that they used didn't make either of us break out.After our lovely facials (our ladies were awesome btw- very friendly and sweet).The jacuzzi area was so nice and relaxing and we had it to ourselves. The weather was not overly hot- just comfortable enough for us to be in for about 15 minutes. After that we laid down on the lounge chairs and then booked our follow up facial!Can't wait to go back. My boyfriend booked the couple's romance package for the both of us and I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience! We arrived around 12:45pm to the Cosmopolitan for our 1pm appointment on a Saturday. Parking wasn't an issue for us because we live close by so we just walked over. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff and filled out a form before we were promptly taken to the change rooms to get changed. The women's change room had around 16 lockers and one washroom and one shower. There were two vanity areas with toiletries such as hairspray, body lotion, and mouthwash. There was one hairdryer provided. Each locker provided a robe, a towel, and a pair of flip flops. After changing, i relaxed in the main jacuzzi area where they had comfy sofas and seats set up along with tea and water. Once we settled, they took us right into our room. The couple's room had two massage beds and a bath tub with champagne and fruits. It was prefilled with bubbles too which was a nice touch! The room also came with a private bathroom with shower. We were told we had 30 minutes to ourselves to enjoy the bath before our massage therapists would come in so we relaxed by ourselves before our massage therapists came. Right on time 30 minutes later, both our massage therapists came in. It was one of my better experiences because my therapist took the time to go through most parts of my body excluding the buttocks, face, and front thorax and abdomen. It was so relaxing and I even fell asleep near the end, and that's rare for me! It was such a treat and I had an amazing time. The 60 minutes ended perfectly. Afterwards, you're welcome to sit in the lounge area but since i was in a time crunch, we opted to leave. Overall, I would definitely come back to SpaZen. I felt so relaxed upon leaving and was already looking forward to my next visit. More...

Enjoyed a girls day including massages in a private room (Svetlana is great!), bubbly and manis. Surpassed our expectations! Visited today as a group for a bachelorette. Lovely decor. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. I had a massage done by Gabriela which was very relaxing. The only critique I have is that the place is a little too warm. More ventilation would make this place a 5-star location! More...

My best friend and I, loved being pampered at spa zen. We purchased the friends bring benefits package, and enjoyed every minute of the relaxing day. From relaxing in their jacuzzi, to our 30min massage and then our lunch accompanied with some bubbly during our manicure and pedicure service. The staff are really great at performing relaxing services. We felt so relaxed that we didn't want to leave. Thanks to the amazing staff for making us feel so pampered. We will be back again. I booked the Couples Romance Package for my boyfriend's birthday and kept it a surprise for him. It was a Thursday morning and we were probably the second set of customers, so things were very clean and tidy, especially the change rooms. But first, let me tell you about our journey getting there. The hotel saves a few free parking spots for spa visitors, but when I called to confirm the morning of, they told me that they were all taken, which was a bummer. I had to pay over $30 dollars at a nearby parking garage instead. But I don't want to count that as part of the spa experience. I just wanted to warn those who plan to drive that free parking at the hotel is uncertain. When we arrived at the hotel, we waited for 5 minutes at the elevators but it never came (we were running close to time too, so it didn't help at all). We took the stairs to the 4th floor where the spa was located. After filling out a health form and changing into our robes, we ended up 10 minutes late to start. However, the receptionist was super nice and allowed us extra time and didn't want us walking away not getting our money's worth, so that was honestly amazing of her. Our day started to turn around from there on. We entered the spa lounge and it honestly took my breath away. If you've seen photos on Google, it is way more beautiful in person I promise you. We passed by the jacuzzi and tea area and went up the stairs to the last room in the hallway. She opened the door and it was a very dim room lit with candles and as soon as we stepped in, we saw the most beautiful set-up ever, oh my!!! There was a hot tub filled with bubbles, two champagne glasses, and a yogurt glass with fruits in it! It was like a movie, I never thought we would be getting something this good! The room had other furniture as well, two massage tables, and a washroom. The lights and music were adjustable, but we kept everything the same. They gave us 30 minutes of alone time and then 60 minutes of pure heavenly massage - and let me tell you, time goes nice and slow. We were fully nude under two sheets on adjacent massage tables, but I'm sure you can be undressed to your comfort level. We had two relaxation therapists, which is cheaper than actual registered massage therapists (RMTs), and they massaged every part of the body, excluding the torso, private areas, and face. They do massage your butt, but not to worry, it felt professional and was probably my favourite part. You can tell your masseuse to change the pressure whenever you want. The relaxation therapists had an interesting approach. Their massages were more swirly, flow-y, and directional, rather than the typical massages. It was pretty nice, but if you're looking for a more intense massage that will leave you feeling like putty at the end of the session, I would suggest booking RMTs. The two masseuses we got were female and super nice. They had accents, maybe East European, if anyone was interested in booking them specifically. After our session, we quickly got dressed and left the room since they need to reset the room for the next appointment. We were then offered tea in the lounge. We were advised that if we wanted to go in the jacuzzi (located in the lounge as well), we would have to wash off the massage oils in the change rooms first. Note: typically people start in the lounge and then go to their appointment, but because we were late, we had to do it the other way around and waste the nice oils. The shower in the change room was clean and equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, however, I heard from my boyfriend that his shower didn't have any shower gel. The change rooms also had lotion and spray-on deodorant. We went back into the lounge and stepped into the hot jacuzzi. The masseuse turned on the jets and it felt like a second massage. We ended our visit to Spa Zen after 10 minutes in the jacuzzi. It was truly an incredible experience. Customer service was great and the ambiance was perfect. Will return next year for sure. More...

I visited SpaZen June 10th with my best friend who the Friends Package, as my in-laws very kindly paid for the treatment as part of my birthday gift. From contacting SpaZen (Lisa and Amy) to the day of, everything was fantastic. The package included a 30min massage (if you want a registered massage therapist, make sure you let them know ahead of time), 45min mani and pedi (separately). We also had a delicious lunch prepared by the hotel restaurant, glass of champagne, and water and tea whenever we'd like. The timing of the sessions were on time, and flexible at once. We wanted our lunch after our pedicures but before the manicures, and everyone acquiesced with smiles. Svetlana was my masseuse and manicurist, and she was wonderful. She kept up a steady chatter but also knew when I didn't want to speak; her massage was wonderful and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Overall, I was incredibly happy and also sad I didn't get a chance to use the Jacuzzi! I would definitely come here again, but during a weekday when it's quiet and peaceful. More...

Booked a Couples Romance Package and was definitely rewarded for the time that we booked in for.  The change room was on the smaller side, but clean and had everything that I needed.  The relaxation lounge was a bit chilly, which definitely encouraged me to try out the jacuzzi with a cup of warm tea.  The soak bath was spacious and the addition of fruits and sparkling wine made the experience all the better.  The actual massage was super relaxing and I was definitely drooling a little as I dozed in and out of sleep.  Great experience, definitely recommend!
