The wife and I go here as often as we can. Always friendly, staff is on top of everything. I had the pork sandwich and the wife had the mac and cheese with brisket, both very filling and well made. Nice beer selection too.

This place was hard to find and did not look like much on the outside, but the food was great. We had the 1lb meat sampler, some fried chicken, cauliflower, and the mac and cheese. It was all great. What’s your signature dish?
We prepare our BBQ the same for our customers as we do for when we compete so it is the best BBQ you can eat ,our Brisket and Ribs are top notch and our "Bacon Bomb " is the go to dish for most of our clients, it is a Bacon wrapped pork meat loaf stuffed with Jalapenos ,Cheese ,Bacon ,Sauce, rub and a host of other goodies ,smoked for 4 hours and sliced to serve, by far our most popular menu choice
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work with all of our client one on one to create a menu specific to their event to make sure they have a menu for them and that fit the guests and the event
What do you love most about your job?
Working with our clients to build a special event for them and seeing happy clients at the end of their event
What inspired you to start your own business?
WE LOVE BBQ! We saw the need to provide a service to our customers that supported our restaurant and from there is has grown to become what it is today
