We ordered a smoked brisket meal for the first time. We hoped it would be good but it was EXCELLENT! Our food was hot and ready for pick on time. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the BEST part of our experience was the food itself. There was not a whole lot of conversation at the table except for the sound of “Mmmmm” and comments of “Oh my goodness this is soooo good”! The veggies were cooked to perfection. Now lets talk about the brisket because it was exceptional! The smoke flavor was hands down the best I ever had. The meat was tender and juicy. The rub they used was perfectly spiced. The brisket came with their in-house BBQ sauce and let me tell you this stuff needs to be bottled and sold its so delicious! Our compliments to the chef.
