Here is the basic price list for some of our services. Please note that these prices are subject to change (often downwards) following an actual assessment of the project during an on-site visit.

1. Consultations for minor problems without issuing document (plan or letter). 425$ + travel expenses (0.7 $/km)
2. Consultations for minor problems without issuing a plan but issuing a certificate (non-load-bearing wall). 850$ + travel expenses (0.7 $/km)
3. Consultations for minor problems, without issuing a plan but issuing a report/expertise. 1400$ + travel expenses (0.7 $/km)
4. Consultations leading to the production of complete plans such as:
i) Removing a load-bearing wall/modifying your structure. 1000$ + travel expenses (0.7 $/km)
ii) Major structural modification (removal of multiple walls, beams or columns, structural garage slab). 2000$ + travel expenses (0.7 $/km)
