My first hoop & pole fitness class with Tracy were lovely!!! Trying this unknown fitness before was definitely intimidating but Tracy made me feel right at home. I love the energy she radiates, she is so welcoming & you can really tell how passionate she is about this creative fitness. I’ve already had multiple sessions & have a blast every time! I learned so much in such a short period of time & plan on sticking around for a while.
