Empowering, motivating goal driven women's only gym. Our clients conquer life with confidence. We have multiple services such as , personal training, small group, fitness classes and camps, pole, boxing, yoga. Our certified coaches and instructors have the knowledge and experience to get our clients results. We offer in-person and online training options.

I have kfs stage 2 im on balance of life or death there only 3 stages kfs is bone beeaking degenration spinal bifida ms muscle weakness fibromalgia i was constently in severe pain i hear people cry all the time i can work oit im allwaya in pain but truth is if ur willingcwork hard fight for ur freedome working out and sarah well get u in better healthier free of pain life i can walk again eat again without pucking i have not been hospitalized in 2 years since i started trainning with sarah she had injury she knew qhat i was going trought and she shown me a better way she not just trainner she gave me back my life and im 100 percent sure she do it for everyone if willing to fight for it im healthier i ever been in 10 years

Scheduled 60 minute session with a certified personal trainer and yourself. Personalized programming based on clients needs, goals and time frame. Nutrition guidance and workouts provided for days not with a trainer.

(Personal trainer will pair with people to make everyone comfortable, motivated and fun.)

Classes & camps offered:
Morning Madness - Cardio and resistance bands (full body, decease body fat)

Butts & Gutts - Targets glutes and abs (decrease body fat, tighten & tone)

She's Strong - Weight Lifting Class (muscle building, tone)

Hercules Hiit - Cardio, weights, resistance bands (full body, decrease body fat, tighten & tone)
