I love my facials/ aromatherapy massage with Mia! I've had two so far and will continue to book with her for everything. She has such a beautiful space that is welcoming and inviting. She is also a sweetheart! If you are looking for amazing services with someone who really cares about you and your experience, you need to book an appointment. I can't wait to get my toes done. Well, where do I start? I was always so hesitant to go see my sister for treatments, until this past weekend. I had been really wanting/needing a facial for some time now. I live out of town and was going to be home for the weekend (Belleville) and I thought that I would reach out to my sister, Mia, to see if she had any availability to get me in for a facial. Mia told me that she was fully booked, but would get me in at the end of her shift after her last client of the day. So, for the first time I visited She Thrives on Saturday afternoon for my facial, still at this point on edge with receiving a facial treatment from my big sister. Fast forward to now...I had my treatment and WOW! My sister is exceptional at what she does. I was so relaxed, and felt so incredible afterwards. I have had facials at different spas around the GTA over many years. What my sister does that sets her part from anyone else is that she goes above and beyond the facial treatment to make you feel fully relaxed. I recently had a facial and massage with Mia. I have been going through a really tough time and was given this as a gift to relax a little bit. I explained to Mia the trouble I have been having with my hip and lower back as well as my skin just being a disaster, and to say I left feeling relaxed and refreshed is an understatement. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders just after my treatment. I was there for two services and left feeling like I had a chat with a girlfriend during my massage and facial. Last night was the first time in weeks I have been able to sleep more than a couple of hours and I woke up this morning refreshed and full of energy. I am so very grateful to Mia for an amazing experience, I can not wait to return. More...

I was there today for my 1st visit. I had a 1hr Deep tissue massage with Sarah. It was fantastic. A completely enjoyable experience from the smiling faces greeting me when I walked in the door to the massage itself. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been to see Nicola for physio, Lise for Reflexology and took a group session on ‘silencing the inner voice’. This is a great healing place for women, whatever ails you, I believe they have someone to help.
