Shanda has always been great to work with and the pictures turn out fantastic! If you're working with your pet to get action shots, Shanda works with you seamlessly so you hardly know she's taking pictures--but you end up with some beautiful memories. She really brings the personality of your pet to life--you can see all the facial expressions, even with the black dogs. I would work with Shanda again, and recommend her to family and friends. I was looking around for someone to do our fur family photo shoot when I came across Pawsitive Moments. After reviewing Shanda's photo gallery I was impressed and immediately contacted her. Shanda recommended a lovely location and when we met I felt instantly at ease. For about an hour the dogs walked and played and then played some more! Skye (our shy baby) really warmed up to Shanda and even got to lick the camera lens. I waited on pins and needles for the sneak preview-and was it ever worth it! Shanda is an absolutely amazing photographer to work with. Between a six year old with special needs, a two year old, and a three month old puppy we are generally a huge disaster trying to coordinate anything. But Shanda put both of our kids at ease and our dog is pretty sure she's her new best friend. Even with tears and a meltdown we ended up with such great pictures, she makes everyone comfortable and happy and takes pictures that really show our family. Nothing posed or awkward, just happy.
